Parking Management is a chaotic problem now a days Managing parking system across multi location vs multi tenant buildings is a tedious job having the slots spread across the buildings Knowing the slots availability much in advance and managing the vehicle at the entry gate itself is in fact a nightmare for the building owners

Allow only the Right Person by Access Card

By issuing an RFID to each employee, entry is restricted only to authorized vehicles into the building premises based on slot availability at that moment.

Multi Building Parking Slots

Parking slots for a tenant are widely spread across different buildings. Even then, the same access card will enable the vehicle owner to enter into any building having a permitted parking slot.

Vehicle Pass For Visitor, Forgot Card and Override

Generate Pass in case of misplaced/forgotten access cards for employees and also for visitors. At times, its possible to override as well.

No Paper Work

Entire Vehicle /employee details along with access history will be stored and can be retrieved in the form of a customized report for future references.

Real time Status Display by Tenant

A Live Slot Status will be displayed at each entry gate ,so that vehicle owners are aware of present vacancy status.

A second level access can be introduced to allow only specific tenant vehicles into a building floor.

APP Based Reservation
